Sebastian Vorwalter

Sebastian Vorwalter advises on public law. One focus of his work is advising and representing private individuals, companies, investors and project developers as well as municipalities in construction planning and building regulations law and the related areas of public and private law. In particular, he provides comprehensive support in land use planning and building permit procedures as well as in the enforcement of existing building law vis-à-vis public authorities and before courts. In addition, he is well-versed in environmental law, in particular water, nature and immission protection law.
