Annuar Matulke

Annuar Matulke mainly advises on all issues at the interface between public procurement law and private construction law. He supports clients in the conception and implementation of (construction) contract awards and is also active in the execution phase. Mr. Matulke also focuses on advising contractors in connection with remuneration and construction time claims or defending against claims for defects.
