Dr Thomas Schönfeld heads the public law practice group at LUTZ | ABEL. With his many years of experience in public construction and planning law, he advises real estate developers and investors on the creation of building rights and project development of residential and commercial construction projects.
Another focus is the representation of property owners in the field of environmental protection and vis-à-vis state claims, in particular in the planning of water protection areas and landscape conservation areas.
