LUTZ | ABEL professionals Lorenz Jellinghaus and Constanze Hachmann advised Ralf Priemer – the (indirect) sole shareholder of Channel Pilot Solutions GmbH - with regards to a majority investment of funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital (Bregal) in CPS. Channel Pilot’s cloud-based feed and channel management solution is currently used by around 3,500 online-shops in the DACH region, France and Spain, including the majority of the top 25 e-commerce retailers in Germany. CPS will be part of the growing e-Commerce Group of funds advised by Bregal. On the sell side Parklane Capital, namely Daniel Grözinger and Moritz Koenig supported the transaction as M&A advisor.
